so this morning i had to weight myself and even after eating 4 potatoes and 2 cups of 1% buttermilk i still lost 3 pounds :) yey! And today i had to eat 2 cups of fat free cottage cheese and 2 cups butter milk (and cheated by eating a subway white macadamian cookie dough) i am 186! :D so i can't wait to weigh myself tomoro morning!!!
